Can I customise a bed?
Our beds are made to order, with a choice of fabrics and colours and bespoke options available. Contact us to discuss your preferred finish or a specific design. Standard bed delivery is seven days; confirm any bespoke requirements and delivery arrangements with our team before ordering.
Availability & delivery
When will my furniture arrive, and what does delivery cost?
In-stock furniture: 1–7 working days in mainland England and Wales, or 10–14 working days in selected parts of Scotland. Made-to-order beds: 7 days, subject to confirming bespoke requirements. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Can I pay with Klarna?
Choose from the payment methods offered at checkout. If Klarna is available for your order, it will show the payment options and terms you are eligible for before you agree. Approval and available options are decided by Klarna.
After your order
How do I arrange a return?
Contact info@nuvora-home.co.uk before sending furniture back. Our team will explain the return process and provide the correct return address. The registered London office is not a furniture returns address. Please read our Returns policy for time limits, costs and conditions.
